Two numbers, and why they exist.
Bespoke software is priced differently to off-the-shelf tools. Two figures make up what you pay, and each one covers something specific.
An upfront build cost
The one-off fee covers scoping, design and build of your platform, calculated from your portfolio size and the Modules you choose. It is a fixed figure, agreed before work starts.
A monthly subscription, from £330 per month
The subscription covers hosting, security, maintenance and ongoing support. It starts at £330 per month, covers unlimited users, and scales with your portfolio and the Modules attached to your account.
A rolling monthly term
There is no lock-in beyond the current month. You keep the subscription for as long as it earns its place, and either side can end it with notice.
Access tied to the subscription
The platform we build is licensed to you for the life of the subscription. Stop paying and access to the hosted system stops with it, in the same way any managed software works.
Adding Modules and Option Packs later
Most businesses do not need everything on day one. You can add Modules and Option Packs after launch, each with its own upfront and monthly figure, and we do not rebuild the platform to do it.
Why it works this way
Off-the-shelf software spreads its build cost across every customer. Bespoke software cannot.
When we build something specific to your operation, you cover that build cost alone, so we charge it upfront and once. The monthly subscription then covers keeping the platform hosted, secure and supported, a cost every running system carries. Splitting the two lets you see what you pay for and why.
