The founders
Anthony Bushen-Garvie
Co-Founder
Anthony's background is commercial. Years spent in client-facing roles across property and business development taught him that most software problems in this industry are process problems described badly. He learned the operational side from the inside, sitting with managers who were running portfolios out of inboxes and group chats, and he brings that to every scoping conversation.
Kodie-Leah Bushen-Garvie
Co-Founder
Kodie-Leah's background is operations and delivery. She has spent her career turning messy, half-documented processes into systems people use every day, coordinating the work and staying accountable for it landing. That experience shapes how BushenGarvie builds: in stages, with the operation tested at every step rather than at the end.
A commercial lead and an operations lead run the business together, so you get a specification shaped by the person who listened to your portfolio, and a delivery run by the person who is still there once it is live. Nobody hands your project to a stranger along the way.
