Founders

Two founders, two halves of the same job.

BushenGarvie is run by Anthony and Kodie-Leah Bushen-Garvie, split between the commercial front end of the business and the operational delivery behind it.

Co-Founder

Anthony Bushen-Garvie

Anthony came up through commercial and client-facing work in property and business development. He spent years close enough to the operation to see the pattern: portfolios run competently by people with no system behind them, held together through memory and message threads. That background is why every BushenGarvie engagement starts with the process rather than a feature list.

  • Client relationships and scoping conversations
  • Commercial terms, pricing and proposals
  • Translating an operation into a written specification

Co-Founder

Kodie-Leah Bushen-Garvie

Kodie-Leah's background is operations and delivery. She has spent her career taking undocumented, people-dependent processes and turning them into systems that hold up under volume, coordinating the people doing the work and staying accountable once it is live. That experience sets the way BushenGarvie delivers: staged, tested against the real operation, and supported long after launch.

  • Turning a specification into a build plan
  • Coordinating delivery and onboarding
  • Support and ongoing change once the platform is live

Why the split matters

A clear line between agreeing the work and delivering it.

Keeping commercial and operations separate means a scope is not shaped by whoever has to build it, and a build is not stretched by whoever has to sell it. Anthony agrees what is being built and what it costs. Kodie-Leah is accountable for it landing on time and to spec. Every client deals with both, at the point in the project where each one leads.
